Sedgwick, a global provider of technology-enabled risk, benefits, and integrated business solutions, has recruited a corporate fraud specialist to its Australian business.

Emma Levett joins Sedgwick as a partner of its forensic advisory services team in Australia, bringing more than 14 years of experience in investigative accounting across Australia and the UK, most recently specialising in the investigation, analysis, and quantification of employee fraud and third-party crime losses.

Levett has a deep knowledge of all types of corporate fraud losses, including employee theft, social engineering fraud, credit card fraud, and computer fraud, having worked with SMEs and ASX-listed companies, where she assisted with civil and criminal recovery proceedings as a result of fraud losses.

Levett “has a highly specialized skillset and has operated across most sectors, ranging from aged care to manufacturing,” said Kimberley Daley, head of forensic advisory services at Sedgwick Australia. “Our team is considered market leaders in our industry. Emma brings extensive experience to help us reinforce our reputation as the industry benchmark and enhance the offering of our specialist team.”
