For the fourth year in a row, CHU Underwriting Agencies’ Residential Strata Insurance Plan made the list of brokers’ favourite products. Respondents spoke extremely highly of the product, noting that “a lot of inclusions were added after the last revision”. Another broker praised CHU for being “easy to change and organise for renewals – straightforward process”, while a third said, “CHU’s turnaround times have increased significantly, and we have a dedicated team that services our area – makes things much easier.” But perhaps the most concise – and fitting – endorsement came from a broker who simply said, “Great product, great service.”
