Victor Dabrowski is another member of the 2017 Elite Brokers list who has featured in every one of the five annual lists Insurance Business has compiled. He’s a director of Securitex Financial Services in South Australia and has over two decades of industry experience. Asked last year about succeeding in the business today, he told Insurance Business: “You have to be a total professional, keep up your education/ product knowledge, provide tailored solutions to each client, [and] provide a high level of service and look after clients when they have a claim.” Last year, Dabrowski mentored two new entrants to the industry and is now mentoring a further new employee.
