MECON
Prior to starting MECON Insurance in 2003, Glenn Ross spent 15 years underwriting engineering risks in both Australia and New Zealand, as well as 10 years as an insurance broker. He also served as a risk manager to one of the top 20 multinational construction companies. Ross’ varied experience helped provide a strong foundation for his current role, allowing him to help MECON become one of Australia’s leading insurance providers.
In 2019, MECON launched a new PI product designed to better protect builders who find themselves involved in a building failure. Ross described the policy as “top-shelf” and noted that it will protect builders against legal liability for both actual and alleged breaches.
