Maria Parry first joined Austcover as an office junior and receptionist and steadily climbed the corporate ladder to become CEO in 2016. Along the way, she’s picked up several accolades, including the coveted Broker of the Year Award at the 2018 Insurance Business Australia Awards and a spot among IB’s Elite Women in Insurance in 2019.
Parry describes herself as a “highly motivated individual who is able to communicate confi dently, clearly and expressively” and who has “the ability to keep a level head at all times, evaluate opportunities and risks, and also deliver innovative new solutions to challenges.”
