It’s been largely ‘business as usual’ for Suncorp CEO Anthony Day in recent months – apart from a hiccup when subsidiary Vero revealed it was to slash personal insurance commissions late last year. Still, the industry behemoth continues to roll onward, and can be expected to continue on its path of ‘evolution, not revolution’ in 2014.
