Katrina Hickson has been identified by her seniors as a high potential employee. Over her eight-year career, Hickson has grown from having operational loan processing responsibilities to a business-wide focus. Currently among her responsibilities, she has national account leadership of the Steadfast Group and other major accounts. She’s said to have driven operational excellence, which has impacted the company’s ability to gain market share. Hickson pioneered the introduction of online application to their new and existing clients to streamline the application process and improve operational turnaround times. She’s also served as project leader for the launch of Alliance Premium Funding, a subsidiary of Centrepoint Alliance Premium Funding, into New Zealand.
Hickson recently enrolled to study for an MBA (accelerated course) and it’s her aim to be CEO of Premium Funding for Centrepoint Alliance within five years. She’s proud to have a career in a business closely aligned to the insurance industry and is following in the footsteps of her late father, Craig Rosender, who helped to pioneer risk and safety initiatives across the transport industry.
