John Haas – President
Haas was appointed president of NFP Canada in March 2021, succeeding Greg Padovani, who took the role in July 2019. Padovani remains a member of the senior leadership team in a role focused on strategic growth opportunities.
Haas has more than 30 years of experience working with global clients, helping them deliver strategies for managing complex risks.
Prior to joining NFP, he was executive vice president for Canadian corporate risk and broker leader and North American natural resources leader for WTW. Haas also served as a managing principal at Integro Insurance Brokers, managing director at Marsh Canada, and executive risk underwriter at Chubb Insurance Company of Canada.
