Revealed – Insurance Business Canada's Elite Women 2022

The insurance industry is traditionally dominated by men, but the tides are finally turning – more women are entering the industry and climbing to the top of the career ladder. This year, Insurance Business Canada (IBC) is shining the spotlight on ground-breaking women of influence and female leaders making their voices heard and changing the gender balance of the Canadian insurance industry.

IBC identified this year’s Elite Women by seeking nominations from or on behalf of women from diverse backgrounds who have proven capable of overcoming stubborn cultural and societal obstacles to achieve their goals. The IBC team selected the winners with the assistance of an independent advisory panel.
