    ??? What people need from an insurance company is simplicity and efficient. They don't need empathetic complexity.

    Need to get away from that dream that insured's need another friend. They need the benefits that they pay for monthly when it counts.

    This is an incumbent with no clue trying to make their costly help-desk a competitive advantage. Wake up and learn from the tech giants.

    Empathy is just more window dressing and a PR exercise. Was there a workshop teaching staff empathy?
