February 21, 2019 – Vancouver – Xpera Risk Mitigation & Investigation, an SCM Insurance Services company and Canada’s leading provider of investigation and risk solutions, today announced the appointment of Jack Schmidt as National Account Manager, British Columbia.
With over 20 years of international business experience—ten of which are exclusive to the security industry—Mr. Schmidt brings extensive expertise to his new role at Xpera. Before joining Xpera, Mr. Schmidt served as Business Development Manager and Vice President of Operations with both international and national security service providers. In these previous positions, his responsibilities included expansion of the company to new industries in need of security solutions and developing strong regional and national partnerships.
In his new role, Mr. Schmidt will spearhead client relations within the province. He will offer expert consultation and advice to the legal community, insurers, corporations and government. Building on his extensive experience, Mr. Schmidt will work with clients as a responsive partner focused on solutions to minimize risk and loss. He will also inform and educate on Xpera’s essential services in the areas of investigation, security, litigation support, and trial preparation.

Mr. Schmidt holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Management from the University of Liverpool, and he is working towards a Master of Science degree in Management.
