SSQ Insurance has announced the successful roll-out of its new electronic application form for life and critical illness insurance.

The electronic form was launched last month and enables financial security advisors to fill out a policy application with customers in person or remotely.

“SSQ Insurance is proud of the successful reception it has garnered across the country,” the firm said in a statement. “Popular for its practicality and user-friendliness, the new tool conforms perfectly to the reality of advisors and customers, enabling them to save time and be more efficient.”

“We are proud to have an easy-to-use online tool that cuts down on processing time and paper,” said Éric Trudel, senior vice president of strategies and offer management at SSQ Insurance. “The new individual insurance electronic form will definitely improve our customers’ experience as well as that of our advisors.”
