HUB International has introduced a new technology platform for employers and employees that are looking to enhance their benefits plans.

The new HUB Care Concierge will serve as a one-stop destination for organizational and employee health, wellbeing, and performance needs. It enables plan member employees to access care advocates for advice 24/7, as well as the ability to arrange for services based on their plan coverage – these services include primary care, face-to-face online counselling, specialized digital therapy, health risk assessments, wellness content, financial assistance, legal assistance, nutritional consultation and mindfulness programs.

“At HUB, we’re focused on the entire continuum of employee health – prevention, intervention and recovery, and HUB Care Concierge is an exciting evolution of virtual healthcare services,” said HUB International Canada chief innovation officer Faizal Mitha. “Providing personalized support to employees for their physical and mental health is important for employers now more than ever, and access to delivery platforms and benefits such as HUB Care Concierge can help improve employees’ physical and mental wellness, and in turn, increase workforce productivity and retention.”

Also this week, HUB partnered with software-as-a-service provider Acturis to launch another digital platform called Digital Choice Platform. Digital Choice Platform is a multi-insurance carrier platform that will enable brokers serving small businesses to access quotes from multiple carriers, quote comparisons, digitize client information and underwriting data, as well as offer real-time updates from carriers on ratings or products.
