Eric Osborne started his career with a multi-national insurer after being accepted into its early career acceleration program, and he worked his way through various commercial underwriting and leadership roles, including international initiatives. As director of commercial operations at JDIMI, he is responsible for the overall client experience strategy, which includes managing the brokering and IT divisions and leading a combined team of more than 80 people, all while maintaining the company’s innovative and differentiated approach in the marketplace.
Osborne has a strong passion for leadership, for his clients and for the industry, always looking to “create change and [gain] positive feedback from valued clients.” He has received the Platinum Club Award for his professional accomplishments; outside of insurance, he is known for being the 2014 Canadian Amateur Kickboxing Champion.
