Global Risk Solutions (GRS) has announced Sarah Reynolds as its new global cyber risks head.
Reynolds brings 30 years of industry experience to the role. She started as a casualty adjuster and then progressed to casualty director at GM Consultant, where she specialized in cyber incident response and crisis management. She also worked with major insurers and global corporates to devise one of the first international 24/7 cyber incident response platforms synonymous with cyber insurance, incident management and risk management. Currently, Reynolds is an associate of the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters and Chartered Institute of Insurers.
In her new role, Reynolds will develop and promote GRS’s claims solutions for cyber incidents and pre-risk services.
“Sarah has been appointed on several high-profile cyber incidents and has extensive experience in bringing together the full range of experts associated with cyber risk and event management to provide bespoke end to end solutions for insurers and global corporates,” GRS chief executive officer Kip Radigan said.

Reynolds will be based in GRS’s new London office located at Dawson House, 5 Jewry Street. The new location is in the center of the insurance business district and GRS said it is an integral part of its strategy to continue growing claims and loss adjusting business internationally. GRS non-executive chair Jeffrey Bowman said Reynolds will work alongside Mike Reeves, who leads the GRS Complex Claims Solutions business unit.
Headquartered in Miami, GRS offers a diverse range of claims adjusting and environmental risk management services to corporate and insurance industry clients.
