Senior vice-president, personal insurance
RSA Canada
Donna Ince credits the dynamic nature of the insurance industry and the challenge of constant adaptation with keeping her inspired for more than 28 years. “Working with a team of highly skilled and committed colleagues to solve business challenges is particularly rewarding when it translates to growing profitable portfolios, developing teams and supporting the success of broker partners,” she says.
Previously the president of the governing council of the Insurance Institute of Ontario and currently the deputy chair for the Insurance Bureau of Canada’s Ontario committee, Ince actively participates in numerous panel discussions on topics such as climate, education and diversity. She’s also passionate about supporting women in the industry, and she’s committed to advancing the diversity and inclusion agenda as the Canadian executive sponsor on RSA Group’s diversity and inclusion council.
Reflecting on the challenges she’s faced over the past year, Ince says they’ve given her “the opportunity to learn and grow into a better leader. I am confident that we have the best team in place today – one that will continue to rise to the occasion, no matter what lies ahead.”
