A partner at Lloyd Sadd and an account executive for the company’s construction risk services in the bonding division, McKinley is responsible for overseeing the service delivery platform for its clients. Prior to Lloyd Sadd, McKinley spent nine years specializing in bonding with major international insurance brokers.
What’s the secret to success? According to McKinley, it’s simple enough. “Have a genuine interest in your client’s businesses and strong personal connections with clients and underwriters,” he says. “Be an active listener and have good problem-solving skills.”
