Luke Horcica strives to be the “one to call” for his clients as he learns their businesses inside and out in order to build strong partnerships. Horcica arrived at Lloyd Sadd in 2000 with a background in underwriting. He quickly found his niche as an account executive and focused his career on the industries he knows best: hospitality, construction and real estate/property management.
Horcica believes elite brokers must possess an entrepreneurial spirit. “As I explored career opportunities after university, my dad suggested insurance,” he says. “I recall him telling me that the great thing about a career as an insurance broker is that ‘there aren’t any limits to your success – every day you can choose to go out and grow your business.’”
