Joe Palmer: I specialize in long-haul transportation and try to stay focused on what I know best. I've also developed a risk services division that provides clients safety, compliance and risk management services beyond what I do as an insurance broker. In 2017, I developed a concierge service for my clients that provides them with tools and resources specific to their industry and business.
