Morgan Roberts: I can’t give away all my secrets, but the main strategy is simple: Pick up the phone and get back to the client as soon as possible. To hit numbers like this in personal lines sales, it’s about showing the clients you care, making a personal connection and talking to as many people as possible. I make sure I’m always auditing my workflows to ensure I’m working as efficiently as possible, and I have an amazing support team to help.
