IBC: What do you enjoy most about the insurance industry?
Mo Radmacher: The insurance industry, commercial in particular, is so vast. Every day is unique and something can be learned. Today, more than ever, the industry is changing and evolving, and it’s exciting, but this industry is still so unknown to people outside of the space. We get to learn the inner workings of businesses and get to see different perspectives on how an organization can be run.
