Hailey Taskey never liked dwelling inside comfort zones: “Nothing comes easy. It takes a lot of hard work and being uncomfortable. I always say great things don’t come from comfort zones. If you are not uncomfortable, you are not growing and learning,” she explains.
When Taskey joined the industry years back, she was uncertain if insurance was the right path for her. Entering university and landing somewhere in the medical field seemed appealing but eventually, Taskey realized she was mistaken. Her career gradually progressed from answering phones and scanning policy documents to becoming an assistant, and within six years, she moved into an account executive role.
Her desire to learn and improve herself urged Taskey to search for bigger opportunities, leading her to Lloyd Sadd.
For Taskey, her growth and strong relationships with clients is the foundation for a successful career. “Learn more, stay focused and work hard.
