Born and raised in Punjab, India, Simar Sidhu came to Canada in 2011 with his sights set on a brighter future. After starting his insurance career and earning top producer status at his previous employer, Sidhu established his own brokerage, Diamond Insurance Group, three years ago.
An active member of the Liberal party of Canada, Sidhu was named chair of the Liberal Brampton West Riding Association last year.
