But certain carriers do provide a smooth quoting experience. Praise from brokers included comments like “response time amongst the best” and “quicker turnaround on quotes and renewals.” Others noted that while their carriers’ quote times weren’t as quick as they would like, carriers are usually willing to be accommodating in instances where quick quotes are essential.
