    Yes, but MOST of the people working in ACC have little education let alone a medical background or are actual doctors. Most of the team leaders are just call centre managers as are the agents that work for them just call centre staff with no specialist education at all.
    Then there's the case managers, many of whom have organisational psychology, HR or behaviour psychology backgrounds, if you're going to call that medicine you haven't got a clue as that is not ANY form of medicine let alone even based on any science or scientific principles.
    That's not to say people don't deserve a reasonable wage, but ACC call centre team leaders who just corporate game players and incidentally are usually high school leavers (if that even), with nothing more than simple call centre managing experience and NO special education are on already on 100k + salaries certainly DO NOT deserve pay increases, how about save the money for people who actually need to claim from ACC.
