Disappointment over a wasted opportunity is how insurers feel about the fire service review, an industry body has said after today's Internal Affairs announcement.

Maybe at a serious crash the fire service responding can be instructed to cut out the insured motorist first /sarc

    Seriously, what a predictable disappointment.

Disappointing. Minister Dunn yet again fails to show any initiative or foresight!

Good old insurance industry yet again collecting for the Fire Service for nothing.
This was a predictable response from the Govt, if it isn't broken why fix it.
Perhaps we should go back to the insurance plates on people's houses so the Fire Service know who is insured.

How many years has the industry been battling away at this. How frustrating to see yet another opportunity wasted. Crazy stuff!
