    Really disappointing to read this article. I can hardly credit the complete and utter lack of comprehension of the claimants' view. The reason there are constant negative stories regarding insurers is the endless supply of dissatisfied customers who have been waiting over 5 years for settlement. These insurance companies will never regain credibility as history will record their behaviour which is nothing short of disgraceful profiteering.
