ISO praises members for resolving many of the straightforward issues as the number of complaints decreases from last year.

    Whilst these statistics are interesting, why can we not access examples of what has gone wrong? How things have been resolved?

    I would pay money for a report based on this information and use it as a tool to try and do my job in a more efficient manner.
