    Not having a crack at the members of the LBGTIQ community by any means but is there still a place for what used to be termed 'normal' people in society today?
    Craig Dowling if you really want to do something that counts what about reaching out to those with physical or mental impairments that could still contribute to a workplace in a meaningful way. Does IAG operate positive placement programs for these individuals?
    And, sorry to have to ask. I get the L, the G, the B and the T but what on earth is an "intersex" employee?
