Chief points finger at brokers' individual behaviour for conflicts rather than their incentive and commission structures

    When you have, over the years, cut commissions from 20+, to 15+, to 10, and now even less, insurer's have opted to tell their sales force, "We want you to sell more policies," instead of "We want you to focus more on your clients."

    If insurer's want me to be more of an adviser, and less of a sales force, give me enough money so that I can spend more than two hours with them without losing money.
