Wesfarmers is ultimately just an investment vehicle. The New Zealand Operations are tiny compared to the larger mining operations. I suspect that Crombie Lockwood and OAMPS are next cab off the rank. The insurance division sort of sits adjunct to the rest of the business. Maybe a bank or even an insurer wanting a distribution arm will purchase. Everything is for sale at the right price!
