    I congratulate Dan Donaldson on his bold move to remove the uncertainlty and confusion undisclosed fees creates with customers. As someone who works for a direct insurer with absolutly no fee structure I find the customers we have are much more relaxed around the subject of premium and fees especially when there aren't any fees. They often comment how refreshing it is to see exactly how much is payable, how that premium is structured with total transparency and is seemless when it comes to relating that value with the product.
