Hayley O’Connor was only 15 years old when she began her career as an administrative assistant at JLT in 1999. She has steadily risen through the ranks, and is now the Divisional Manager for the transport team, part of JLT’s Enterprise Solutions Division. In addition to management, her responsibilities include writing insurance articles for transport magazines, and the ongoing servicing of some of New Zealand’s largest transport companies – as well as the targeting of new business.
