In her role as National Claims Relationship Manager for NZI, Jesse is responsible for the management of NZI’s largest broker cluster claims portfolio (roughly 55 brokers). Her primary responsibility is to act as an advocate and mediator between partners and claims teams nationally, facilitating optimal solutions for customers, brokers, and NZI. Additionally, Jesse also has a foot in operational initiatives, including project management, coaching, external communications, and complaints resolution.
