During his time in the industry, Lee Cui has helped Chinese and other Asian corporates better understand the importance of Risk Management in the New Zealand market – while at the same time helping understand New Zealand-based underwriters better understand the risk profile of each cuture diversified corporates' need. Providing comprehensive commercial risk solutions and insurance-relate risk engineering solutions is something that Cui sees as a mutual benefit and win-win situation for all parties involved. Since joining AON New Zealand in 2019, Cui has successfully brought several world top 100 Chinese background corporates clients on board.
Into the future, Cui plans to utilize his extensive professional experience to continue to help Chinese and Asian corporates to better understand local risk, in order to maintain healthy business performance. Eventually, Cui would like to build Aon Asian Insurance Services to be a one-stop shop for commercial risk and risk consultancy, for new and existing New Zealand-based Chinese or Asian corporates.
