In her current role as Delivery Manager, Twinkle Sanghavi heads the IT Projects team at Ando Insurance. With the mandate to deliver key technology projects that facilitate value delivery to Ando’s Insurance brokers, bank partners and customers, the role has nine direct reports comprised of Senior Project Managers and Quality Assurance Analysts.
The role sits at the heart of Ando’s journey into a customer-led, data and innovation-driven, delivering digital solutions to business challenges, carrying strategic as well as operational responsibilities. Sanghavi’s hands-on approach to leadership, motivation and coaching has won her the respect of the staff and peers. Her key responsibilities in the role are to manage the team and project finances, maintain projects pipeline, oversee project execution and implementation, contract negotiations, and vendor management.
As the youngest member of Ando’s Senior leadership community – and taking into account both her educational background in Technology and experience in Insurance industry, she believes she’s well positioned to make a difference in the future of Insurance.
