Gallagher Re has announced a series of leadership appointments to its Program Solutions team.
Andrew Moss, the current head of Global Programs, has become global chair of Program Solutions, where he will focus on driving growth and advancing strategic initiatives.
Geoffrey Lubert, previously president of Gallagher Re North America, has assumed the role of global head of Program Solutions. Lubert will continue to serve as a member of the North America Executive Team alongside his new responsibilities.
Matthew Muir, formerly a managing director at Gallagher Re, has been named head of UK Program Solutions.
Managing director Matt Knowles-Rolfe has taken on the role of UK lead for international production. Tom Regan, formerly head of P&C Programmes, Reinsurance, has become UK lead for North American production.
Managing director Donald Alcorn will serve as co-chair of UK Program Solutions alongside Matt FitzGerald, who already holds the role.
Internationally, Alkis Tsimaratos, international president, has taken on the role of head of International Program Solutions in addition to his existing responsibilities.
Moss stated that the changes “reflect the tremendous growth and strategic importance of Program Solutions to our business.”
“They are designed to leverage the exceptional talent within the team and our organization and will position Gallagher Re for continued growth and innovation,” Moss added.
The leadership reshuffle comes as Gallagher Re has been actively expanding its global footprint. In December 2025, the firm agreed to acquire Johannesburg-based Resilea, the largest independent reinsurance broker in South Africa, while earlier moves included the acquisition of Australia’s Steadfast Re and the launch of a dedicated captives risk transfer team within its global facultative business.
