ISC Group, a global network focused on advancing women in the re/insurance industry, has announced a collaboration with Megan Bell, host of the InsHER Podcast, to produce four special podcast episodes in 2025.

These episodes will explore key themes of leadership and gender equality, offering insight and inspiration for women at all stages of their careers in the sector. 

The InsHER Podcast, known for spotlighting the voices of women shaping the re/insurance industry, will feature discussions with influential women who share their personal stories, expertise, and advice. The podcast aims to foster community, promote leadership, and highlight the significant role women play in the industry.

Through this collaboration, ISC Group said that the collaboration will seek to highlight the innovative contributions of women in insurance while addressing the challenges and opportunities they face.

Each episode will align with ISC Group's mission to drive sustainable, positive change by supporting a global network of women and businesses working to influence the future of the re/insurance sector.
