Nominations now open for Rising Stars in Reinsurance 2025

ReInsurance Business is thrilled to announce the launch of Rising Stars in Reinsurance 2025 – a prestigious report celebrating the young professionals who are redefining the future of the reinsurance sector. 

We’re calling on the industry to help us identify the next generation of young leaders who are driving progress through innovation, leadership, and a strong commitment to the field. 

Know someone making a real impact? Or feel your own contributions deserve recognition? We want to hear from you. 

To be eligible, nominees must: 

• be aged 40 or under by October 6, 2025 
• work in a role that relates to, interacts with, or impacts the reinsurance industry in some way 
• have committed to a career in, and demonstrate a passion for, the reinsurance sector 

Submit your nomination now before the deadline on Friday, July 4.  

Candidates nominated by their colleagues will be invited to complete a self-nomination form during the entry period. 

Participation in this annual list offers young professionals an opportunity to enhance their industry profile. 

The winners will be announced on the website this October.
