TransRe has announced leadership changes within its executive team, including the promotions of Louise Rose and Kyle Rhodes, as well as the retirement of Andy Taylor, effective May 31.
Louise Rose has been appointed president, International, after 28 years with TransRe. She most recently served as president of the company's London and EMEA business units.
In her expanded role, she will oversee the strategic direction of TransRe’s London, EMEA, and Asia Pacific operations, ensuring consistency in decision-making and providing additional support to regional clients and brokers. Rose will also continue as CEO of TransRe London.

Kyle Rhodes has been named president, Americas. He joined TransRe in 2006 and has led underwriting teams across the US and Canada. In his new position, he will provide additional oversight and support for TransRe’s Latin American business.
Both Rose and Rhodes will report to Paul McKeon (pictured above), president of global underwriting, who said they are well-regarded by colleagues, clients, and brokers.
“I have every confidence they will bring that same strong combination of attention to detail and big picture perspective to these increased responsibilities,” McKeon said.

The outgoing Taylor will retire from TransRe after 25 years with the company. He has played a key role in developing client and broker relationships in the London Market and across Asia Pacific.
Ken Brandt, TransRe’s chairman, president, and CEO, acknowledged Taylor’s contributions and long-term commitment.
“Throughout our time together I have always admired Andy’s passion for the business and his optimism and enthusiasm for the future. Andy leaves a legacy of underwriting excellence,” Brandt said.
