Alex Alway, FCMA & CGMA – group chairman: Before forming Adler Fairways’ parent company, The UKGI Group, Alway served as group chief executive at a listed corporate intermediary business for 15 years. Following the sale of the business, he joined the board of Marsh UK as a non-executive for a year. Since early 2018, Alway has held several executive roles, including as chairman of Compass, Broker Network, and Paymentshield.

Anthony Adler, ACII – chief executive: Adler has a strong technical background and previously worked with RSA as an underwriter. He has extensive experience in advising on insurance and risk management solutions.

Neil Thomsett, Dip CII – director: Thomsett joined the company in 2012. He ensures that Adler Fairways delivers a first-class service to its clients by overseeing business strategy and internal infrastructure as well as heading up the group resources team. Thomsett was appointed to the Board in 2019.
