“We only need to look at the rise of the aggregators to see that consumers don’t wish to spend copious amounts of time navigating different insurers’ offerings.”

Thought this was E&L (the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with) back in a new disguise and I am right. Keep well away from both companies.

Avoid this insurance company at all costs. E & L Pet Insurance is the worst experience we have ever had. We have been messed about and lied to for 7 months and the deductions come to thousands of pounds, any excuse not to pay out.

I have recently paid out £2183 for perineal hernia repairs on my dog. I have recently read so many bad reviews on E&L and am now beginning to agree with those comments as I am still awaiting a payment from them. I keep getting told the claim has been passed for payment and have recently been told there is such a backlog of claims and everyone is being paid in date order, unfortunately it looks like I’ll be waiting a while longer despite the hardship I am going through as I only have a part-time job !!
