I am looking for advice if someone is able to help me.
I have a citron c3 sports.
I was driving in the snow on my way to my friends & skidded hitting the curb.
I wasn't going at speed as driving conditions was bad.
I checked my car & all appeared ok. But when I was driving I felt it pulling to the left.
So I took my car to the local garage. They informed me I had a buckled, passager alloy. Also a problem with the suspension.
I was quoted £1,300. I put in for a insurance claim.
The insurance asked me if I was driving to work? I explained I was out socially & I was currently on the sick due to ill heath.
I have been told because I didn't inform them of changes in my circumstances I could not claim on my insurance?
I'm not unemployed I am on the sick. Is there anything I can do? I don't have the money to pay for the repair which is why we pay insurance.
Has me being on the sick & failing to inform insurance rendered my insurance nill & void?
I would be very grateful for any advice recieved.
Thank you in advance.
