Major insurer Chubb has expanded its cyber risk engineering capabilities in the UK and Ireland as it continues to invest in building its risk management proposition in the region.

Chubb’s cyber risk engineering team in the UK and Ireland will provide current and future cyber policyholders across all industry segments with risk engineering and loss mitigation services.

Headed by senior technology specialist Nick Bellamy, the team of risk engineers will engage directly with customers to better understand their cyber risk exposures and help them improve their cyber risk management profile.

Chubb seeks to know further the critical activities and data risks of clients to support them in mitigating the specific cyber threats they face.

Bellamy’s team will also deliver cyber training sessions throughout the UK and Ireland for customers and distribution partners.

“When it comes to cyber risk, each client has different exposures and different security needs,” Bellamy said.

“Our specialists, working in partnership with our clients, can help to significantly enhance their cyber resilience to reduce the likelihood of, and expedite recovery from, a successful cyber-attack,” he added.
