There is a new head of property claims at Allianz – one who is well-known for her time at LV=.
After 23 years in the industry, Rebecca Rogers (pictured) is making the jump from her role as commercial property and relationship manager at the insurer. Now she will take on responsibilities for the development of property claims handling strategies for her new firm in an effort to ensure “market leading” performance.
Speaking on the appointment, Lee Watts, head of technical claims at Allianz, noted that Rogers offers “great passion and enthusiasm” and would be a “fantastic addition”. It was noted that she has worked closely with both the ABI and the Financial Ombudsman in the past, as well as being actively involved with discussions with the Home Office over the formation of the Riots Claims Bureau.
