Aston Lark is showing no signs of taking its foot off the acquisitive pedal as the broking firm has today announced its acquisition of the Linkscover brand. London-based Linkscover was founded in 2015 and is a golf club insurance specialist, providing cover exclusively for golf clubs – including many of the UK’s top 100.
In a Press release, Aston Lark noted that the Linkscover brand has achieved market recognition due to its product innovation and expertise, and that the deal would allow it to further strengthen its sports and leisure expertise.
Touching on the deal, group CEO of Aston Lark, Peter Blanc said the group was delighted to welcome Paul Holmes (Linkscover MD, pictured) and his team to the business. Holmes and his team have developed a strong market position in the golf industry, he said, which Aston Lark will help them to further develop over the coming years while maintaining their “fantastically high” levels of customer service.
Meanwhile, Holmes said that he was delighted to be joining Aston Lark and noted the group’s professional and dynamic nature.
“Their ethos and enthusiasm is a perfect fit for us,” he said, “and with their support and resources our growth potential is an exciting prospect.”
