Ben Busfield was a contributor to Insurance Business until 2020 as part of the Managing General Agents’ Association (MGAA). He started working in insurance in 2012 on the Zurich Graduate program. He has experience in a number of functions in his career including underwriting, claims and business analysis. Ben is ACII accredited and prior to joining the MGAA qualified as a Chartered Insurer. Previously, he worked at a CII local institute as careers secretary where he also supported educational events throughout the year.
