Thanks to her dedication and entrepreneurial spirit, Aspray has won several awards for customer service and business performance, and continues to offer superb support to property owners who suffer a flood, fire or other property damage-related claim. Outside of Aspray, Loasby has written a book on franchising to help other players excel in the industry.
