Under her leadership, members are signing up to 10-year agreements on top of their existing relationship, which is a huge achievement in any industry. Fardon has ensured the network maintains its distinct identity within Willis Towers Watson while serving as the company’s preferred channel for SME leads. As the network approaches its 20th anniversary, Fardon hopes to retain the high level of satisfaction among its members, which will ensure its relevance and growth in today’s market.
