Starting his insurance career in underwriting with Aviva at the age of 20, Gavin Fraser has spent the past 12 years improving his trade and expertise, leading him to his role today as technical underwriting design and change manager within Aviva’s Commercial Digital Trading team. In this position, Fraser is responsible for the technical underwriting specifications that underpin the Aviva SME Digital proposition, while also being accountable for providing input and influence over the firm’s digital ambitions in commercial business, identifying opportunities to broaden digital offerings and enhance profitability.
